Update
We seen Brent oncologist again today. His EGD that he had done last week cam back normal!! Because the PTLD has not sbeen found insurance may not cover the retuxan. The nurse is going to work with insurance in hopes that they can get it covered so he can start treatments next week. This will be a once a week for four weeks treatment.
If insurance does not cover it then we will have to have the EBV virus levels every 4 weeks in hopes that it goes down.
So right now our hope is that insurance will cover this and he can start treatment next week. If he does start treatment this wil knock his immune system down for the next 6-12 months. So he will have to be pretty cautious again.
We are thankful this was caught early and has not changed into lymphoma. We are also thankful Brent hasn't had any symptoms and has been feeling great through all of this.
Thank you for all the prayers we can feel them!
