It's A Wonderful Life
...it truly is. Not a week goes by that we don't think of Brent's donor family and what a gift they have given to us but most of all Brent. We are SO blessed.
As we think of all that God has done for us we pray the same for Jordan Schroeder and his family. Our hearts ache for them during this time of pain and suffering. Jordan know that we think of you and your sweet wife often along with your parents and siblings. Our hearts cry out to God for you, keep your strength...God is SO good!
As I said before we spent 4th of July weekend with Brent's family. We camped out in our little pop up tent one night, which was really fun. there was LOTS of fun and sun that weekend! There will possibly be pictures to come sooner than later. We enjoyed the parade, fireworks, reunions, volleyball, swimming...great family times and memories!
This past weekend we were blessed to go out to Ohio to see a dear couple we are friends with. We had SO much fun and look forward to going back and visiting them again! thanks Wendell & Kari for everything...love you guys!
Life continues to go on day by day...thankful for the eventfulness medically in our lives right now. Tuesday Brent goes up to Chicago for a check up for his cancer and to make sure it's still all gone. Then a week from Tuesday we go up to see the cancer Dr & lung transplant clinic check up. he has been feeling wonderful going to work full time in this heat and then coming home and working outside on things around our house. It's such a blessing...words can not explain.
