Home again Home again!

We made it home on Saturday night at about 4:30. Friday night was pretty cool for all of us because we got to watch the Discovery Shuttle take off from our condo on Daytona Beach. That was quite the experience! They told us to watch on TV when they light the jets because it's pretty cool and when they did it was amazing because outside the whole sky was glowing orange! Here are a couple pictures it was hard to capture on camera because it was moving 4 miles a second!!!

This was a neat ice cream place we found called Cowlicks! It was all homemade icecream. The owner told us that he makes 150 tubs everyday!!! A lot of ice cream lovers out there!

Yesterday was our first Sunday back at Eureka church. It was nice to see everyone again and be in God's House. We truly enjoyed the encouragement of our church family. God has blessed us greatly in many ways and one of those is our large church family. Thank you all for all of the prayers and support through these past months. We know that the prayers are what got us through.

Also this weekend our neighbors, in which we are super close to, son got married. So Saturday night when we got off the plane we came home,unpacked,helped our neighbors with the rehearsal supper and then helped get things set up for the wedding. Then yesterday we both helped at the reception. It was such a beautiful wedding. It took place down at Funks Grove-it's gorgeous back there! Here are a few pictures from that yesterday.

Brent's been feeling really pretty well. His numbers continue to go up every day which is an awesome thing! He is having a pain in his R middle back at times. So we aren't sure if it's a cracked rib from surgery still or if it is some thing else going on. We will be contacting his Dr.s this week. He is having a second sinus surgery the 9th of September up at Loyola Hospital. This is suppose to be an outpatient surgery so we should hopefully be home that night or the next day...Lord Willing. Then we go back to Chicago one day every week in Sept. just for misc. check ups with specialist.

I have applied for a couple jobs again. So I am looking to go back to work when ever God opens the door for me and Brent is also keeping his eyes open for the right job to come available for him as well. Please keep us in your prayers we are do make some more decisions again!

Again thank you all for the prayers, support, words of encouragement, the e-mails, notes on here and cards that make us smile. With out all of those we would have had a tough road. We truly have an amazing God that takes care of us! Hope everyone has a blessed week and continues to strive to be closer to our heavenly Father everyday!
