Food, Fireworks & New Lungs!

Well since I now have a little more time to write! Our weekend has been a really nice one. We were with Brent's Family on Friday night, yesterday we just kicked back since it was raining all day-Rachel came down for the afternoon/evening and today we went up to Eureka to be with family and see the parade!
Friday night we went out to Brent's annual 4th of July get together! It was great to catch up with cousins we don't see much and pretty much all of them lately since we have been up in Chicago. It was great to be with them...we love them all!!!

Last night on the 4th we watched the fireworks from our car since it was wet outside. We seen probable 10 different towns from our house since we live in the wide open country. It was pretty neat! We made homemade pizza, fresh raspberry milkshakes & then watched the fireworks in the surrounding towns.

Today we went to Eureka to see our family members & to visit one of my friends from H.S. It was so good to see Ashley...I miss her so much! I was so glad to be able to spend some time with her! We were also able to see all of our grandparents this weekend which was great...we just love them all SO much! We watched the parade then our family members were in up in Eureka and then headed back home here. We cooked out & played lasso golf (thanks Randy & Roxy...we LOVE it!). Then we watched Atlanta, Mason City & Eureka Fireworks tonight from the comfort of our bed...auhhh it was great!
This is for my family that's either never been down to our house or is interested in gardening! A. Dianne my raspberries have taken off since you gave them to me! Thanks LOADS! Now if I can only keep the Japanese beetlesfrom eating them all!!!

We pray that everyone has a blessed week & we appreciate all the prayers that are said on our behalf. We have truly been blessed with all the people praying for us!
