Rachel stayed with us the last few days. She went on her merry way yesterday. Thanks sis for being here and helping! We both appreciate it! Glad you made it home safely!
Say Hello to my little friend! These Turkey Vulturs fly right up to our window and look at us and strut around back and forth on the window ledge. Dr Alex tells us they have a roost somewhere close up here.

This is Dr. Doolittle...if he don't make the orders we want him to do we just give him a little tugg tugg! Ain't that right Doc!!
Clark and Bruce came up last night after work and headed home the same night! Thanks so much guys for making the effort to come up! We both appreciated your visit even though I had to watch coyote videos-We we enjoyed it! Glad you guys also made it home safely! See you soon!
Remember I told you we have a room with a view. The tallest building is the sears tower...yesterday's pic wasn't that great! Thought we would share the view!
This is my love bug this morning. He just came out of the shower so he is refreshed for the day! He is looking better everyday!

He had a restful night. He only was awake when the nurses came in. They did test him for MRSA again yesterday. Mainly to check because if he was negative for three tests then he is concidered with not having it or it being active. It did come back positive. So we still get to dress up in our gowns and blue gloves! We were hoping it would come back negative because then if/when he gets discharged from the Hospital then he could stay with me at the Ronald McDonald House. But that is not going to happen now since he is positive. So we will figure something out for when he gets closer to getting out. As of right now he still has 2 tubes in so we won't think about getting out until those are out of him. Which could be tomorrow or Saturday...just depends on how much he is draining from his chest tubes. Dr. Alex was just outside the room so he should be coming in soon. I may have news but if you don't hear anything...then there is no change but I will do what I can!
Again thanks from both of us from the bottom of our hearts for all the prayers, support and love!
Brent & Trudy

ReplyDeleteGlad you slept good last night. Good job making Trudz watch coyote videos. It's good to see you are up to actually watching something. Have a good afternoon as well as meeting with Jane.

Were the coyotes that bad? I'm so glad we are this far in this journey. God's been good!!
