Hi. Hope everyone is staying warm. we were at the transplant doctor this Monday. not to much has changed. they gave me some shots and drew some blood....i think they put in as much as they took out, so, I'm still normal...ha ha... the shot were hepatitis A and pneumonia. we talked about the blood i cough up from time to time and the pain i get in my side sometimes. bottom line is that a little blood is OK, alot is bad in which case we would go the hospital. the pain(pleurisy) i will have to live with and if it gets to be too bad then i would need to go on antibiotics again.
they did do a cf transplant this past week, so that is encouraging. i still have the same score 36.8 so my ranking has not change. people ask where i am at on the list, this is hard to answer because of the scoring system. here is what we do know. when the donor lungs are a match for me i will get the call. if they are a match for me and someone else, the person with the highest score will get the call.

we have another appointment with the cf clinic doc this Wednesday.

thanks for all the prayers and for checking this site for updates. i would like to hear from those who are reading this so, feel free to leave a comment here or e-mail me at bblunier@live.com

p.s this is my first time updating the blog so pardon the typo's and stuff. i don't know how to put pics on either.
